Dr. Marie Diara

Dr. Marie Diara is a consultant pharmacist with extensive experience in long-term care, acute rehab, subacute care, and senior leaving. In her practice, Dr. Diara specializes in geriatrics, antimicrobial stewardship, deprescribing of medications, diabetes management, psychotropic utilization management and regulatory issues. Dr. Diara works as a consultant pharmacist for a Fortune 500 company and excelling leader in the long term care industry. She is also the owner of an independent consulting practice, L2 Consulting.

Dr. Diara holds a doctorate in pharmacy degree from the Faculty of Medicine and Pharmacy of University of Dakar and a Master in Management from Carnegie Mellon University and also a variety of certificates in pharmacy and geriatrics. Dr. Diara is licensed by the California State Board of Pharmacy and Nevada State Board of Pharmacy.

Dr. Diara is a native of Senegal and is fluent in French. Dr Marie Diara is married and the mother of 2 children.
